Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
All shipments include a tracking code.
We offer CAD 9.99 flat rate courier / Canada Post shipping, and free courier / Canada Post shipping for orders over CAD 85.00 Canada wide before tax (Delivery: 2-12 business days). Other shipping options (e.g. expedited / express) as well as shipping fees for other countries become available upon checkout. All shipping options include a tracking code unless an update is provided prior to the shipment of the order.
Flat shipping rate is available to selected countries upon checkout. This rate is estimated given a package weight of 1.99 kg, but additional shipping charges may apply based on location in a given country as well as other factors. Before processing the order, we will contact you to inform about any additional shipping costs and ask for your consent whether we should proceed charging for the additional shipping fee. We will not proceed processing an order without having your prior consent about paying for the extra charges.
Important: Upon import, value added tax on the ordered items may be due depending on the country. Shipping fees do not include value added taxes or other local import fees. Such additional costs are covered by the shipment recipient.
Rural / Remote locations: Please note that there are certain locations in Canada that will require extra shipping charges. These areas do not qualify for flat rate shipping or free shipping. If this is the case, we will email you before shipping your order.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
